Operate deliberately
Validate before arming shutdown
Begin with read-only telemetry. Exercise the shutdown policy in dry-run mode on the actual cells, load, and UPS firmware before selecting the armed mode. Do not enable the V2 watchdog feed without a supervised recovery test.
